Responsible of providing excellent customer service to both outside and inside sales representatives. Perform administrative and complex tasks to ensure proper setup and accurate billing of all projects.


• Guarantees proper invoicing of all projects

• Partner with Sales Representatives to provide good customer service and meet sales goals

• Coordinate with Operations to meet the customer’s needs and organizational procedures

• Detects and implements adjustments to improve client satisfaction

• Set up jobs in system

• Create orders for jobs based on Sales direction and input

• Create billing instructions for invoicing of all projects

• Field sales and customer service calls

• New projects

­ Ensure all new project information is received- signed contract, proper JSU form, and any other information needed

­ Create new project in J&E and Profield and obtain new job#

­ Enter orders in system for deliveries for projects

­ Provide Collector all pre-lien information for all new projects


• Customer Service

­ Field all billing customer calls

o Provide customers with administrative information on equipment movement

o Invoice clarification

o Coordinate with sales about customer complaints and customer satisfaction

• Maintain internal working relations with Finance Manager, Branch Manager, Credit & Collections, Operations

• Maintain external working relations with Customers, Carriers & Suppliers

• Other duties as assigned

Qualification REQUIREMENTS:


• 2 year degree or equivalent work experience.

• At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service positions

• Knowledge and experience in the construction industry is a plus


• Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Outlook

Travel Requirements: No travel required
