This position is located at our customer site (Phillips 66).

Essential Functions

-Time entry

-Verifying apprentice statuses

-Client support

-Payroll Submission

-KPI Data entry

-Database maintenance

-Verify work attendance

-Track of leave time, such as vacation, personal, and sick leave, for employees

-Files timesheet backup according to timekeeping procedure


High school degree or equivalent required.


One year of relevant experience a plus.

Proficiency with windows / MS Office / intermediate computer skills

Data entry experience


To perform the job successfully, an individual should be able to utilize the following skills:

Additional Information

-Must pass a background check and drug screen in accordance with customer requirements.

The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Frequent travel by car to customers’ offices and sites, including occasional overnight stays may be required.

Work Environment

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the functions of this job.

In the office, the work environment is usually quiet with a moderate temperature.

The employee occasionally works in high, precarious places, is exposed to fumes, airborne particles, dust, non-weather heat, and toxic or caustic chemicals. The employee is also occasionally exposed to outdoor weather conditions and may work in varying degrees of confined space. The noise level is usually moderate but may be loud at certain times while visiting construction job sites.

The employee is frequently exposed to outside weather conditions; extreme cold and extreme heat. Encounters typical working conditions at construction sites such as dangerous, slippery, uneven walking surfaces, mud, ice, concrete, scaffolding, and steps.
