SUMMARY OF POSITION :
The Administrative Assistant manages the front desk and provides general administrative support to the regional office.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Presenting the company’s first impressions to clients and visitors by managing the front desk.
Operate main phone number and transfer calls as necessary.
Interfaces with management, craft workers and other staff for office related items
Schedule meetings; maintain appointment schedule, conferences and assist with travel plans for the local team.
Reading, researching, and routing correspondence: drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications.
Conducting research and in turn helps executive in making important business decisions.
Will be responsible for coordinating projects that may involve working with all levels of internal management and staff.
Other duties as assigned.
Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
Assist management and financial staff with data entry needs
Provides historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems; recording meeting discussions.
Assist with the preparation of documents by collecting, analyzing, and preparing information.
The position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Required Education and/or Experience
HS Diploma, Associates degree preferred
3 years of experience providing administrative support.
Proficient in using personal computer and application software including Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
Ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural, multinational environment and mobilize cross-functional high performance teams
Exceptional verbal communication skills
Excellent written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Maintain confidential and sensitive information
