The Outside Sales Account Manager will spend their efforts attracting new Industrial customers for a territory that San Antonio, Austin, north up to Dallas and all of West Texas.

Salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 base plus a generous commission plan . This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position.
As a sales Manager, you will be tasked with bringing on new customers in the Oil and Gas sectors, selling the full range of our services and products. We're seeking a hunter, focused on customer service and meeting the needs of our customers. Apply for immediate
Key Responsibilities:
Establish a professional sales presence in the assigned market and works collectively with the division teams.
Set sales targets and achieve them by effectively designing and implementing a successful sales strategy.
Cold selling to industrial customers such as Oil and Gas, Power, Chemical, etc.
Work to improve the customer base.
Drive margin expansion across all initiatives for services and rental businesses through best practice standardization & productivity.
Build and maintain good and lasting relationships with clients.
Actively support critical Capital projects as needed (job site & remote) to deliver exceptional customer service.
Partner with Directors in other fields to come up with better strategies.
Exhibit determined confidence and leadership abilities in order that all levels of BrandSafway employees value your input and request your assistance when necessary.
Frequent day travel and up to 20% overnight.
Qualifications:
5 years relevant industry experience (construction services, manufacturing, petrochemical, refinery, power).
Strong background in sales and marketing, with an emphasis in industrial sales.
Advanced experience using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Word, and Power Point. Knowledge of database management and manipulation, plus ability to interpret computerized cost data and systems.
Strong leadership and managerial skills
Strong analytical skills & proficiency in Excel
SalesForce or similar CRM.
Ability to work in a cross-matrix organization and with the field teams
Ability to create excellent working relationships with senior management
Ability to meet deadlines with accuracy and confidence
Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills
Requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills
5 years relevant industry experience (construction services, manufacturing, petrochemical, refinery, power)
Travel as needed to support the need of the Areas
