We are looking for a Workday Case Management Intern based in Atlanta, GA . This internship will run from May 20, 2024 - August 2, 2024 and is open to Graduate students.

GENERAL SUMMARY:
This role will be responsible for working with our HR Operations teams to gather requirements, build, and roll out the second phase of the Workday Case Management solution (Workday Help).
The role will work closely with multiple HR COEs including Benefits, Compensation, and Compliance. This project will allow our HR COEs to have visibility to the volume of cases submitted, be able to respond to issues in a timely manner, and report out on usage metrics.
The role will also partner with the HR COEs to build knowledge-based articles in Workday.
Role will attend weekly team status calls, shadow multiple individuals across the HR Operations team.
Role will report out to Senior Leadership on status of project.
What You Need To Succeed:
Currently enrolled full time and pursuing a Masters defree in an IT related field.
Ability to participate in a full time internship between May 20, 2024 - August 2, 2024.
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Ability to partner with various teams to gather requirements and translate into technical specifications
Time management and organizational skills
Experience with HRIS systems such as Workday
Experience with Case Management systems
Experience with Knowledge Base articles and systems
