TheSenior WorkdayData Projects Analystwillplay an integral part in our HR Service Delivery team. This role willownstakeholder management for ourHR Data projects for Workday and other systems.The role willinitiatekick off calls,gather requirements, and partner with our Service Delivery Manager to ensure that customer expectations are being metper agreed upon schedules.The role functions as a HR business analyst, responsible fortranslating business needs into Workday capabilitiesand team deliverables.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees intake,prioritization,statusreport out, and user acceptance sign off for Data Projects relating to Workday and other HR data systems.

  • Acts as translator of business requirements into technical requirements forHR data projects.

  • Coordinateswith offshore Service Delivery team to ensure thatproject milestones and execution dates are being met.

  • Responsible for creatingand overseeing an annual Workday data auditprocess, including the audit ofnon-integration payroll systems.

  • Communicates outdata audit findings with recommendations for data quality improvements.

  • Responsible for mentoring our Workday Data Captains,individuals within BrandSafway business units responsible for data quality and projects.

  • Ensures that Data Captain deliverables are being met through frequent touchpoints,trainings, and office hours.

  • Oversees the Workday Supervisory Organizationstructures andleads the 2024 project to standardize and simplifyourSup Org hierarchy.

  • Leads various data projects including DEI collection,craft/field contact information collection,and otherefforts asdeterminedby business requirements and priorities.

  • Responsible fordata collection and standardization efforts associated with any M&A activity.

  • Oversees data consolidation efforts as BrandSafway continues to sunset legacy non-HR business applications.

  • Partners with key stakeholders (HR, Finance, IT) to ensure teamis meetingdeliverable, constantly gathering feedback.

  • Owns andmaintainsWorkday data documents including data dictionaries,data mapping files, andSuper User knowledge base articles to ensureWorkday data isaccurate.

  • Creates a Workday data qualityscorecard andreports out on measurements andclean upefforts on quarterly basis.

Qualifications

  • Previousin a business analyst/data quality role 

  • 6-8yearsofHRor business operationsexperience

  • 4-5 years of dataquality experience

  • 2-4yearsof Workday experience

  • 1-2years ofWorkday reporting experience

Preferred:

  • 1-2 years’ experience with Prism Analytics

  • Passionate aboutdata quality and customer service

  • Experience working across globalteams

  • Sound judgement to manage conflicting priorities and manage clientexpectations.

  • In depth understanding of HR employee lifecycle

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Power Point
